Affordable Machinery is the trading name for ABN 93 661 487 574. The Quoll Equipment brand is a registered trademark/brand of Affordable Machinery.

Assumption of Risk and Indemnity

The purchaser acknowledges that heavy machinery, mini excavators, skid steers, dumpers, and associated equipment are inherently dangerous if not operated correctly. The purchaser agrees to:

• Operate all goods in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Ensure all operators are adequately trained, licensed (where applicable), and competent.
• Use all appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintain the goods properly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Affordable Machinery is not liable for indirect, consequential, commercial, or economic loss (including loss of income, downtime, or hire costs). The purchaser indemnifies Affordable Machinery against claims, damages, losses, or legal costs arising from misuse, modification, overloading, or use of the machinery outside its intended design capabilities.
