Shipping policy

1. Collection from Store

All products are currently collected from our Derwent Park store unless freight is arranged.

Customers have:

  • Up to 1 month to collect general products
  • 2 weeks to collect machinery

Uncollected orders may be cancelled and a 5% restocking fee applied.

2. Freight & Shipping

Online orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Customers may select available shipping methods where offered.

Risk transfers:

  • At time of collection; or
  • When goods leave our premises with a freight provider.

Affordable Machinery is not responsible for delays once goods are in transit.

3. Future Mainland Delivery

We intend to offer automated freight options via Shopify once product weights and dimensions are finalised.

Machinery freight to mainland Australia may be offered once suitable providers are secured.
