Refund & Return Policy

Affordable Machinery is committed to complying fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind for any in-stock or custom products. The only exception applies to cancelled pre-orders, subject to the resale fees outlined in our Terms of Service.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Claims Process for Defective Goods

If you believe a product is faulty, you must contact sales@affordablemachinery.com.au immediately with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and supporting images/videos.

• Minor Failures: We will elect to repair or replace the product (or supply replacement parts) within a reasonable time. Return freight for minor failures is the responsibility of the customer.
• Major Failures: Affordable Machinery will cover reasonable return freight costs if a major failure is confirmed. Machines must be returned in their original condition unless the fault explicitly prevents this.
