Shipping & Collection Policy

Click & Collect (Derwent Park Store)

All products are currently default to collection from our Derwent Park store unless alternative freight is arranged. Once notified that your order is ready:

• Customers have up to 1 month to collect general parts and accessories.
• Customers have strictly 2 weeks to collect machinery.
• Uncollected orders beyond these timeframes may be cancelled, and a 5% restocking fee will be applied.

Freight & Transit Risk

Where shipping is selected and paid for at checkout, risk of loss or damage transfers to the purchaser the moment the goods leave our premises with the designated freight provider. The purchaser must inspect goods immediately upon arrival and notify Affordable Machinery and the carrier in writing within 48 hours of any transit damage. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control once goods are in transit.
