Terms of Service

Welcome to Affordable Machinery (ABN 93 661 487 574). These Terms apply to all machinery, equipment, parts, and accessories sold by us, including our proprietary Quoll Equipment range. By purchasing, placing a pre-order, or accepting delivery of goods from Affordable Machinery, you agree to these Terms.

Pricing and Payment

All advertised pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at checkout for in-stock online orders. In-store purchases must be paid in full prior to collection.

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

Machinery and attachments may be offered on a pre-order or custom-build basis.

Payment Structure for Pre-Orders:

• 30% deposit at the time of order to initiate production.
• 40% progress payment when notified that the product is ready for shipment (photos/videos provided).
• 30% final balance payable upon arrival at our facility, strictly prior to collection or dispatch.

Custom-built, modified, or specially sourced items (including custom Machine-Builder configurations) are non-cancellable once production commences.

Pre-Order Cancellations

If a customer cancels a machinery pre-order, the deposit may be retained to cover reasonable costs incurred. Refunds will only be processed once the cancelled machine has been successfully resold. A resale fee applies: $500 for machinery/products over $3,000, and $250 for products under $3,000. Affordable Machinery reserves the right to deduct reasonable costs associated with the cancelled order in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Title and Ownership

Title to goods remains with Affordable Machinery until full payment has been received and cleared. Risk passes to the purchaser upon collection or when the goods are handed over to a freight provider.
