Genuine replacement engine oil filter for the Laidong KM385 3-cylinder diesel engine, as fitted to our AM16 mini excavator. Direct fit, no modifications required.

• Engine: Laidong KM385 (3-cylinder, water-cooled diesel)
• Type: Spin-on external oil filter
• Filter Media: Premium paper element (micron-rated)
• Capacity: Approx. 0.8–1.0 litre
• Bypass Valve: 2.5 bar (cold start protection)

Maintenance Schedule

• Replacement Interval: Every 250 operating hours OR annually (whichever comes first)
• Heavy-use Environments: Consider replacing every 200 hours if operating in dusty/sandy conditions
• Signs of Wear: Rising oil pressure, dark/discolored oil, reduced engine performance

Installation Notes

• Replace while engine is warm (improves oil flow and residual cleanup)
• Inspect filter bowl for metal particles or debris (sign of internal wear)
• Apply thin layer of fresh oil to rubber seal before installation (prevents air leaks)
• Tighten until seal contacts, then an additional 3/4 turn (do not over-tighten)
• Run engine for 30 seconds after installation; check for leaks around seal
