Genuine replacement 25mm hardened steel pins for bucket and attachment connections on 1.0T–1.8T mini excavators. Includes retaining bolt and nyloc nut.

Installation Notes

• Inspect pin holes for wear or galling before installation
• Use appropriate pin puller tool; do not hammer or force removal
• Clean and inspect retaining bolt and hole for damage
• Tighten retaining bolt to 60–70 Nm (hand-tight + half turn)
• Check bolt weekly during heavy use; replace nyloc nut if lost

Maintenance

• Recommended replacement interval: Every 1,000–1,500 operating hours or annually (whichever sooner)
• Signs of wear: Visible play, rocking motion when tilting bucket, difficulty removing pin
