The Roo RH-20 hydraulic rock breaker, rated for 1.2t–2.7t excavators and made by Roo Attachments, an Australian-owned company, in Roo's own factory in Xiamen, China.
Rated by Roo for excavators from 1.2t to 2.7t. The machine needs a hammer circuit delivering 20–30 LPM at 1,300–1,700 PSI.
Breakers mount on a bracket matched to your machine's hitch rather than on welded bucket ears, so the bucket pin table does not apply. Roo build the bracket to suit the machine you nominate — send us your make, model and pin dimensions and we will have it made up.

Confirm fitment with us before you order. The compatibility information on this page is compiled from more than one source — Roo Attachments' hook-up guide, machine manufacturer specifications and our own records — and Roo describe their guide as a guide only. Hook-ups and hydraulic circuits vary between makes, models and build years. Send us your machine's make, model and serial number, and confirm your auxiliary flow and pressure, and we will check the breaker and bracket with Roo, and confirm availability, before we process your payment.
Where an attachment is supplied matching the measurements advertised, a return because it does not suit your machine is at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Items we hold in Derwent Park, Hobart, ship or can be collected straight away. Everything else ships from Roo Attachments' Australian warehouse, typically 1–2 weeks to Hobart when your hook-up is in stock. We confirm local availability for your specific order with Roo Attachments before we process your payment, and we contact you with an ETA if they do not currently have this attachment with your required hook-up dimensions.
12-month parts warranty, supplementary to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Moil points, bushes and seals are wear parts and are excluded. Affordable Machinery is a Roo Attachments distributor for Tasmania. Fitment and warranty support is handled from our workshop in Derwent Park, Hobart.
What the attachment is made of, in Roo Attachments' own words, and why the wear points matter before you buy.
Steel chosen by Roo
Roo state they manage the purchase of the steel plate themselves so only high-quality plate goes into the body, rather than whatever the mill has on hand.
Bisalloy in the wear areas
Roo state they use the correct Bisalloy grade steel in all critical wear areas: cutting edges, side cutters and wear strips take the abrasion first and are replaceable.
Made in Roo's own factory
Built in Roo's Australian-owned and Australian-managed factory in Xiamen, China, then warehoused in Port Kembla, NSW for Australia-wide dispatch.
Hook-up ears fitted at manufacture
Ears are welded in during manufacture to the pin diameter, centres and ear width of the machine class and make, so the attachment arrives ready to pin on.
Australia-wide delivery. Freight is calculated at checkout from the item's size and weight. Roo dispatch from their Australian warehouse, so mainland orders ship direct to you. Oversized attachments travel on a pallet by road freight to a ground-floor address; a forklift, loader or a hand at your end makes unloading easier.
Free pickup from Derwent Park. Collection from our Hobart workshop costs nothing. We'll call when your order is ready, and we can check the hook-up on your machine while you're here.
Availability. Items in stock in Hobart leave within two business days. Otherwise allow one to two weeks to Hobart when Roo have your hook-up in stock. We confirm local availability with Roo before we process your payment, and contact you with an ETA if your hook-up is not in stock.
How do I know this will fit my machine?
Fitment is decided by the hook-up: pin diameter, pin centres and ear width. Roo pre-build each attachment to the hook-up of the machine class and make in their hook-up guide, so send us your make, model and serial number, or a photo of the arm end with those three measurements, and we'll confirm the correct hook-up and its availability with Roo before we process your payment.
Are pins included?
No. Pins are ordered separately unless the listing says otherwise. Most people reuse the pins from their existing bucket.
Will it work with a quick hitch?
Usually, but a quick hitch changes the effective pin centres. Tell us which hitch you run and we'll match the hook-up to the hitch rather than to the arm.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Wear items (teeth, cutting edges, ripper tips, wear strips) are excluded, as they are consumed in normal use. Affordable Machinery handles the claim for you locally.
Can I pay it off?
Yes. We refer equipment finance through a third party for business purchases. Any repayment figure shown on this page is an estimate only, not a quote and not an offer of finance.
What if it doesn't suit once it arrives?
Where the attachment matches the measurements advertised, a return because it doesn't suit your machine is at our discretion and a restocking fee may apply. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Giving us your make and model at checkout avoids the problem entirely.
