1.0 Hydraulic Pump
Genuine replacement hydraulic gear pump for the AM10 1.0T mini excavator (KOOP KD192F engine). Supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid to all excavator control circuits: boom, arm, bucket, and travel drive.
Specifications
- Type: External spur gear pump (tandem or dual-displacement)
- Primary Displacement: 6–7 cc/rev
- Secondary Displacement: 2–3 cc/rev (pilot circuit)
- Max Operating Pressure: 16 MPa (160 bar)
- Flow Rating: 16–18 L/min at 2000 rpm, rated pressure
- Connection Ports: SAE flange (ISO 4401-05)
- Rotation: Clockwise (SAE standard)
- Relief Valve: Integrated or remote
Compatibility
Fits: AM10 1.0T mini excavator (KOOP KD192F single-cylinder engine)
Engine Coupling: SAE flange direct to engine crankshaft
System Pressure: 16 MPa (160 bar) rated
Function
- Primary circuit: Powers boom, arm, bucket hydraulic cylinders
- Secondary circuit: Low-pressure pilot supply for proportional control valves
- Gear design: Smooth, quiet operation with minimal pulsation
Installation Notes
- Flush hydraulic reservoir and all lines with clean ISO VG 46 before installation
- Prime pump with fresh hydraulic fluid (prevents cavitation)
- Inspect SAE flange coupling for proper alignment
- Install new input shaft seal and output gaskets
- Adjust system relief valve to exactly 16 MPa (use calibrated pressure gauge)
- Bleed air from pump casing after connecting engine
- Run engine at idle only for first 2–3 minutes (allow pressure to stabilize)
- Full load test after warm-up (listen for grinding, check pressure steady)
Maintenance Schedule
- Hydraulic Fluid: Change every 500 operating hours or 6 months
- Fluid Filter: Replace every 250 hours (before intervals when working in dust)
- Pressure Check: Verify 16 MPa under load at every 100-hour service
- Noise Inspection: Listen for grinding/cavitation (indicates wear or air in system)
- Seal Inspection: Check shaft seal monthly for slow oil weeping
