Genuine replacement hydraulic gear pump for the NM-E10 mini excavator and other compact excavators with compatible pump specifications. Powers all hydraulic circuits for boom, arm, bucket, and travel functions.

Installation Notes
- Drain and flush hydraulic system with clean ISO VG 46 before installation
- Prime new pump with fresh hydraulic fluid
- Verify SAE flange coupling alignment (critical for smooth operation)
- Install new input shaft seal and output port gaskets
- Set system relief valve to 16 MPa
- Bleed air from pump after connection
- Run engine at idle for 2–3 minutes before full operation
Maintenance
- Hydraulic fluid: Change every 500 operating hours
- Fluid filter: Replace every 250 hours
- Pressure test: Every 100 hours (confirm 16 MPa under load)
- Noise monitoring: Listen for grinding (sign of gear wear)
- Seal inspection: Check for slow oil weeping at shaft seal

Which engine does my machine run?
The KOOP KD192F and Laidong KM385 are the engines fitted across the AM10, AM12 and AM16 machines. A photo of the serial plate is the quickest way to confirm which one you have.
