Genuine replacement engine oil filter for the KOOP KD192F single-cylinder diesel engine (AM10, AM12 mini excavators). Spin-on style with bypass valve — keeps engine oil clean and protects critical engine components.

Maintenance Schedule

• Replacement Interval: Every 250 operating hours OR annually (whichever comes first)
• Heavy-Use Environments: Every 150–200 hours if operating in dusty or high-temperature zones
• Signs of Wear: Pressure warning light on dash, dark/dirty oil appearance, engine noise (knocking/ticking)

Installation Notes

• Engine must be warm but OFF before filter replacement (warm oil drains better)
• Use oil filter wrench to unscrew old filter (turn 3/4 turn after seal contacts)
• Drain remaining oil into pan (may drip ~0.5 litre)
• Wipe new filter gasket area on engine with clean cloth
• Apply thin layer of fresh oil to rubber gasket on new filter
• Hand-tighten new filter until gasket contacts, then turn 3/4 more (do NOT over-tighten)
• Start engine and check for leaks around filter seal
• Re-check oil level after 5-minute warm-up and top up if needed
